Stromatopelma calceatum (Featherleg Baboon)

The Stromatopelma calceatum, commonly known as the Featherleg Baboon, is a beautiful Old World arboreal tarantula native to parts of West Africa. It is easily recognized by its dark coloration and distinctive feather-like hairs covering its legs.
